Genting Highlands perched on the peak of Mount Ulu Kali near the border between the state of Pahang and Selangor, Malaysia. It is famous for its casino, shopping malls and theme park. Chin Swee Caves Temple Genting Highlands is also one of the tourist attractions located at 4600 feet above sea level. The temple sits on a 28-acre plot of rocky forested land. It takes about 5 -10 minutes drive from Resorts World Genting.

Just after the main entrance is a nine-storey Pagoda decorated with many statuette of the Buddha and thousands of blessing lamps. One can enjoy the serene atmosphere and panoramic views of the mountain. Chin Swee Caves Temple houses several prayer halls for devotees to pray during their visit. The temple also houses 2 gigantic statues of Buddha and Kuan Yin. For those who want to learn more about Buddhism, you can explore the depiction of 10 Chambers of Hell. It can also be a good educational trip for everyone. These chambers line a path that gently winds up a hill at the fringe of the square. The path is named “Journey to Enlightenment” because these chambers aim to discourage bad conduct by depicting the painful experiences and punishment that a person would encounter in the afterlife.
You can reach the temple by driving or take the Awana SkyWay Cable Car which connects Awana Station, Chin Swee Station and SkyAvenue Station.
